Mako in Chermoula

Chermoula marinade
1cup Coriander, chopped fine
1cup Parsley, chopped finely
2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Coriander, ground
1tsp Cumin
juice 2 Lemons
zest 1 Lemon
1cup Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and set aside.

Mako
Cut into cubes and marinate over nite in chermoula.
Skewer diced fish alternately with cherry tomatoes then bbq.
Serve with minted yoghurt.
